    The room we had included a minibar, satellite TV and climate control. The bedroom was separate, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a magnificent and marvellous location really close to a big supermarket, the beach, and Yanbu for what we wanted it for.

    My family and I recently spent our Easter break in an apartment. the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the beds were comfortable, and the two bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready in the morning. the lounge area was also a great place for my children to hang out, and we enjoyed spending time there together.

    There were a few marks on the couches and the overall cleanliness of the room wasn't the best. We had to call multiple times to get some things we needed and the staff seemed a bit lost and confused during the check-in process.

    We loved the spacious and well-equipped room with a large living area, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms - perfect after a day at the nearby beach. The location was great with easy access to good restaurants and transportation. We also appreciated the friendly staff who responded promptly to our requests.

    This hotel offers spacious rooms with well-supplied bathrooms and kitchen. It is located near some great restaurants, including a fantastic Syrian restaurant, Sham Judodna. Guests can also enjoy proximity to the sea - all within an affordable price range.

    The housekeeping staff needs to improve their methods when cleaning.

    The suite was quite spacious with an ample kitchen and well-stocked bathrooms. it was located in a prime spot with excellent restaurants nearby and just a short distance from the beach. the staff were quick to respond to our requests and needs during our stay.

    On the other hand, the room's cleanliness was quite poor, and the cleaning staff did not perform their duties to satisfaction. Some of the bedrooms did not seem to be cooling down, even though the maintenance team had been called in to remedy the situation multiple times.

    The apartment at Emerald Residence was spacious, with a well-supplied kitchen and bathrooms. The management was friendly and helpful, great to check in late and assisting us with everything we needed. The apartment itself was clean and even had a washing machine, a bonus. The staff were super friendly and parking was easy.
